The Follow-Up Process
Form Review
Our team reviews your grass type and images to assess the unique demands of your land. Tip: Add clear photos of your front and back yard so we can quote faster and more accurately.
Custom Quote
Once we review your request and visit the property, we will create a custom weekly or biweekly plan in your dashboard. When you accept and pay online while logged in, your card will be saved for automatic recurring charges tied to your specific plan, which you can easily manage under My Subscriptions in your account.
Schedule Service
Book your first visit and enjoy a perfect lawn. We handle the rest from here.
Cancellation Policy
- Same-day cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as your scheduled visit, a $25 cancellation fee may apply to cover time and travel already allocated.
- 24+ hours' notice: You can cancel or reschedule a visit at least 24 hours in advance with no fee.
- Ending your recurring plan: To stop weekly or biweekly service, please give at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled visit so we can update your route and billing.
